| Loredana graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University in 1998 with a degree in Criminal Law. In May 1999 she became a
Bar member. Between 1999 and 2001 she was a trainee lawyer at Tuica Law Office, where she developed significant experience in family and civil law, with an important involvement in Court activity. In 2000 she completed a psycho-pedagogy post-graduate course at the Psychology School of Bucharest University and graduated the final Bar exam in 2001. She joined ASC in 2002, where she specialises in partnership, marketing and competition law. She also advises in employment law cases. Loredanda usually represents our clients in front of different public authorities such as public notaries, Registry of Commerce or Land Registry, as well as in court. |
