| Costin Petcu graduated in 2001 from the Law College at “Spiru Haret” University in Bucharest, with a degree in Civil Procedural Law. He joined ASC in January 2003 as a paralegal and became a trainee lawyer in October 2003, after graduation of the Bar exam. Costin specialises in commercial property transactions as well as litigation, construction issues and corporate. He also does work in employment law. He has been involved in a number of court cases, preparing the position of the claimant. In 2006 he passed the final Bar exam. |
