| Anca graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University in the summer of 1996 with a degree in Financial Law. In September 1996 she became a
Bar member. She joined ASC in 1997 and graduated the final Bar exam one year later. Anca specialises in commercial law. She has considerable experience in commercial transactions, contracts, landlord and tenant law, sales and acquisitions and corporate support. She is a key contributor in dispute resolutions. Anca has advised on the acquisition of major Romanian companies and in negotiations with public privatisation authorities. Since 2002 she has been permanently involved in the coordination, enlargement and training of ASC team. |
