The Law firm of Simona Coman (ASC) was established in Campina Prahova in November 1995. A second office was opened in Bucharest in 1998.

Essentially, we are a broad based commercial practice, providing legal support to national, foreign and multinational businesses operating in Romania. We aim to provide legal services to high professional standards. In the areas in which we have chosen to specialize, we compete against much larger law firms.  We are highly respected in the industry and known to be tenacious but not unreasonable.

The firm has been involved, either alone or as part of a consortium of international advisors, in a large number of projects including general corporate and regulatory services, green field investments, direct investments, acquisition/privatisations, project finance and securities, commercial and international trade, negotiation and litigation.

Our present clients are from various industry sectors and all sizes from sole traders to banks and subsidiaries of multinationals. We are specialists working together as an integrated team, which currently consists of five lawyers with back-up infrastructure (administrative / secretarial and paralegal). Our combined skill, expertise, acumen, energy and ingenuity gives the firm a unique ability to satisfy our clients' legal needs.

We have good contacts with a range of professionals who can provide specialist help, including attorneys, notaries, technical experts, accountants and independent financial advisors.

Our languages of legal assistance and consultancy include Romanian, English, French and Italian. Special tariff structures may be agreed as well as other arrangements e.g. on case management, the seniority and number of lawyers involved, billing, acting for competitors.
